Coaching is a collaborative, creative process. You are the expert, you're in the driver seat of your life. Through one-on-one coaching, I create a space for individuals to show up as they are; to share what is on their mind and heart to know how best to move forward. I help individuals increase performance, engagement, and well-being through maximizing their CliftonStrengths. As a guide, I help to provide you with the tools and techniques to successfully navigate challenges and achieve your goals to create a meaningful career and life well-lived.

We often learn the most in relation to others. This workshop focuses on developing high-performance teams. Participants practice identifying strengths in others, facilitating strengths-based conversations and leveraging team dynamics for increased performance to achieve individual success and team excellence.
